Terms and Conditions
- Rates are valid till 30th April 2008
- Minimum cash deposit of RM 100.00 is required, refundable upon check-out
- Apartment or condo rates are nett for one night stay
- A valid ID/Passport must be presented upon check-in
- Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the accommodation is booked
- Booking must be made 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays)
- All confirmed bookings to be paid 5 days before check-in date
- Reservation must be submitted on line or you may request for booking form via telephone
- Upon successful booking you will be given booking no/room voucher no
- Check-in time is 3.00PM and check-out time is 12 noon.
- Payment is by cash
